CEO & Founder
The founders of Intangibles Talent have been serial entrepreneurs in Latin America since 2010. Through various businesses interests, they learned firsthand the quality and capability of Mexican professionals. They found them to be loyal, dedicated, hardworking, and productive, often outperforming their U.S.-based counterparts. After several years of learning the ins and outs of the Mexican labor market and all the rules and regulations in 2016, we began providing talented employees to other organizations in the USA and Canada.
We are Intangibles!
Then in early 2021 as the knock-on effects from Covid, the Baby Boom Retirement, and the “great resignation” began to wreak havoc on the U.S. labor market we decided it was time to double down on helping companies solve their talent deficit and other H.R. problems-problems that we had positively solved for our own businesses. It was time to share our successes more broadly and thus Intangibles Talent was born.
